At Handy Horse, it goes without saying that Horseboxes & Trailers are our main area of expertise. We have many years of experience in the mechanical repair and general upkeep of these vehicles, offering a professional service using quality parts sourced mainly from Hartwood Elite Horsebox Components of Preston. All refurbishments are catered specifically to the needs of the individual client.

Our mechanical repair service includes M.O.T Preparation, Welding & Fabrication work and Electrical repairs (both internal & external wiring). We will also gladly help arrange Tachograph repairs. We are equally experienced in the cosmetic aspects, and are fully equipped to tackle external body & paintwork, alongside the overhaul of the interior horse and living areas as needed.

If needed we can assist clients in the sale of their existing horsebox, and provide them with pre-purchase inspections for any new vehicles. We may therefore occasionally have reconditioned Horseboxes and Trailers for sale.
